On May 23, 2013, the Honorable James F. Holderman, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, presented Attorney Jacie C. Zolna with the Award for Excellence in Pro Bono Service for his outstanding pro bono and public interest representation. Mr. Zolna was nominated for the award by the chambers of United States District Court Judge Blanche Manning (ret.) and selected by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, in conjunction with the Chicago Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. The award is given annually to attorneys who have provided outstanding pro bono and public interest representation in civil and criminal matters before the District Court.
