    Biography
Mr. Zolna has decades of experience in high stakes and complex litigation. He has secured hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of his clients, often times in cases that were viewed as “unwinnable.”
Mr. Zolna was the lead attorney in the first ever successful lawsuit against the City of Chicago for its speed and red-light camera program, which resulted in a landmark $125 Million settlement. He has since pursued numerous other ground-breaking lawsuits against the City of Chicago for its unfair ticketing and towing practices.
Mr. Zolna has secured numerous other record-breaking results, including in privacy cases against national banks, consumer fraud cases against multinational corporations, and breach of fair representation cases against the largest airline union in the world. His client base spans all walks of life, including airline pilots, school principals, healthcare workers, inmates, and sophisticated businesses. He has successfully argued cases before the Illinois Appellate Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals
Mr. Zolna also devotes a significant amount of time to pro bono representation, including assisting indigent individuals and high school and other amateur student athletes with eligibility issues against the Illinois High School Association and other governing bodies. Through injunctions or other court proceedings, Mr. Zolna has secured eligibility for a number of student athletes in hockey, football, and wrestling.
Mr. Zolna received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota-Duluth where he graduated with honors and his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law where he also graduated with honors and was a member of the DePaul Law Review. He was previously a Partner at Myron M. Cherry & Associates, LLC.
